The grant was written to include 14 Head Start classrooms. These classrooms are located within five communities, which are Hugo, Boswell, Antlers, Glover and Idabel.

  Project R.O.A.R. is working to break the cycle of illiteracy in these five communities. Although this is something that can not be achieved by this three year grant, any one person, group or organization, Project R.O.A.R is laying the pathway for further improvement in the fight to end illiteracy.
