The Project ROAR Program Director, Ruthie Tate, leads the Project ROAR staff which is comprised of a Program Secretary, a Lead Literacy Mentor, a Family Literacy Coordinator, four Literacy Mentors, one Speech and Language Coordinator, two Family Literacy Advocates, and seven Literacy Assistants. Under the direction of Ms. Tate this team will work with the teaching staff of the 14 classrooms to create centers of educational excellence that will provide high-quality pre-school education for the students in the 5 communities served by the grant.
